Is the Insights Pack really one-time?
Yes. You pay €19 for one address and keep access to it, including future re-estimates. There is nothing to cancel.
Is this the same as a formal appraisal?
No. Realto provides a data-driven estimate. A mortgage or legal process still needs a certified appraiser.
What happens to an unlock if I sell?
