2. Our Service

Realto allows users to predict property asking prices in the Netherlands by entering an address and property details. Predictions are estimates only and do not constitute professional financial or real estate advice.

3. Accounts and Access

• Access requires an account using Google or social login.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Free Use and Subscriptions

• New users receive 10 free predictions (subject to change).
• After that, a subscription is required.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• No refunds are provided for cancelled subscriptions.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method.

6. Support

We provide live chat support during business hours (8/5).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its functionality, or use it for illegal purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
