2. Our Service

Realto allows users to predict property selling prices in the Netherlands by entering an address and property details. Predictions are estimates only and do not constitute professional financial or real estate advice.

3. Accounts and Access

• Access requires an account using Google or GitHub login.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Free Use and Subscriptions

• New users receive 3 free predictions (subject to change).
• After that, a subscription via Polar is required.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• No refunds are provided for cancelled subscriptions.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Polar. By subscribing, you authorize Polar to charge your selected payment method.

6. Support

We provide live chat support during business hours (8/5).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its functionality, or use it for illegal purposes.

8. Data & Privacy

We do not share personal data with third parties. Please read our Privacy Policy .

9. Disclaimer

Predictions are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realto is not liable for losses or damages resulting from use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
