Our Story
As a family searching for our own place to call home in the Netherlands, we learned how confusing the housing market can be.
With our backgrounds in data science and development, we analysed the market ourselves: gathering data, testing patterns, and building our own tools.
Those insights helped us make confident decisions when buying our home.

How Realto Works
Realto uses a custom machine-learning model trained on tens of thousands of Dutch property listings and enriched with features like:

Our engine evaluates and predicts property price with high accuracy, giving you immediate insights.
