Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Realto ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account info from social logins (Google).
• Property details and prediction usage data.
• Subscription data (via Stripe, no credit cards stored by us).
• Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics collected without cookies (pages viewed, referring site, campaign source).
• Campaign source of a purchase (e.g. UTM tags, referring site, landing page), stored with the order in Stripe and PostHog without your name or email.
• Your email address, the language you use and the emails you subscribed to, with when and where you gave consent, if you ask for email updates or enter an email at checkout.
• More detailed analytics and advertising data, only if you consent to those cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service.
• To authenticate and secure sessions.
• To manage subscriptions and payments.
• To provide live chat support.
• To measure product usage: anonymously and without cookies by default, in more detail with analytics consent.
• To understand which channels lead to purchases.
• To measure advertising conversions, only with marketing consent.
• To send the emails you asked for: receipts and report links, and, only after you opt in and confirm by email, monthly value updates, Insights Pack reminders and market reports. Every such email has a one-click unsubscribe, and you can change each category on the email preferences page.

3. Data Sharing

We share personal data with the following parties, only as needed to run Realto:

• Stripe — payments.
• PostHog (EU-hosted) — product analytics. Without consent only anonymous, cookieless statistics with anonymised IP addresses; cookies and session replay only if you consent to analytics cookies. We do not send your name or email to PostHog.
• Vercel — hosting, and Analytics/Speed Insights only if you consent to analytics cookies.
• Google — Google Ads conversion measurement, only if you consent to advertising cookies.
• c15t — storing your cookie consent choice.
• Resend — email delivery. We send Resend your email address and the content of the email, nothing else.

4. Cookies & Tracking

Essential cookies are required for login and security. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional and load only after you opt in. Without consent we collect only anonymous, cookieless statistics. See our Cookie Policy.

5. International Transfers

If you consent to advertising cookies, conversion data is sent to Google LLC in the United States. Google participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google's Ads Data Protection Terms also include Standard Contractual Clauses as a backup transfer tool. See Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and our Cookie Policy.

6. Data Security

We apply technical measures to protect data, but no system is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. Email sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days; the log of emails we sent is kept for 24 months. Analytics and advertising data follow each vendor's retention settings. You may request deletion at any time.

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings or, for email, via the unsubscribe link in any email.
